Dr Nicky Jacobs
Dr. Nicky Jacobs is a clinical and counselling psychologist. She works as a senior lecturer at Monash University and also in private practice, where she has extensive clinical experience working with individuals, couples, families and children. Nicky co-ordinates the Master in Counselling program which is delivered in Australia, Singapore and Hong Kong and has published and lectured extensively on a variety of topics related to psychology and education. Areas of research and clinical specialty include: trauma, family therapy, academic achievement and mental health. Nicky is a member of the APS and is president of Australian Jewish Psychologists. In addition she chairs the Education subcommittee of UIA Partnership 2000.
